We’re looking for someone awesome to join us at Chicago Physical Therapists in Lakeview/Uptown.
This role is for a warm hearted person who can be an office manager, clinical/billing coordinator and beloved team member.
The position is for 30-40 hours per week. Needs to be energetic, good with people and great at problem solving. Ideal candidate will have physical therapy billing experience.
Responsibilities include: Daily scheduling, responding to voicemails and answering phone calls throughout the day, billing trouble shooting (including calling insurance regarding claims), collection of patient balances and welcoming to patients.
Pay range: $22-$28/hour based on experience and ability to do billing. Optional bonus incentive programs offered as well. 2 weeks paid vacation after 6 months.
